2.3 Image Data. When you upload images:

(e) The image file itself (stored according to your subscription tier)
2.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use session cookies for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
2.5 Information We Do NOT Collect. We do not:
(a) Analyze or view the content of your images beyond technical processing requirements
(b) Use your images for artificial intelligence training
(c) Share your images with third parties for marketing purposes
(d) Track your activities across other websites
3.1 Service Provision. We use collected information to:
(a) Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
(b) Process and remove metadata from uploaded images
(c) Manage your account and subscription
(d) Process payments and maintain billing records

5.1 Image Files. Retention periods vary by subscription tier:
(a) Free Tier: Images are not stored on our servers. Users must download processed images immediately.
(b) Family Tier: Processed images are stored for fourteen (14) days from the date of processing.
(c) Creator Tier: Processed images are stored for fourteen (14) days from the date of processing.
(d) Enterprise Tier: Processed images are stored for fourteen (14) days from the date of processing, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
5.2 Account Information. We retain account information for the duration of your account's active status and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for business, legal, or regulatory purposes.
5.3 Audit Logs. Security and access logs are retained for ninety (90) days for security monitoring and compliance purposes.
5.4 Deleted Data. Upon deletion request, data is permanently removed from active systems within thirty (30) days. Backup copies may persist for an additional sixty (60) days.
6.1 No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
6.2 Service Providers. We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
(a) Payment processing services
(b) Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
(c) Email delivery services
(d) Customer support platforms
